Luca is a member of the Milan bar, a Doctor of Research and a Professor of Civil and Corporate Law.
Having graduated in Law with honours from the University of Milan, Luca then studied management, finance and law at Doctorate level in order to obtain a PhD in Integrated Business Management at the LIUC – Carlo Cattaneo University in Castellanza (VA).
He has written several books including the Amazon Best Seller “Patto di Famiglia – come avviare un passaggio generazionale senza problemi, risparmiano tasse e mantenendo il controllo della tua azienda”, Bruno Editore, 2020, with a foreword by Mirco Gasparotto, the renowned mentor of Italian entrepreneurs, and “Come ce l’hanno fatta 57 imprenditori Italiani”, Lupetti Editore, 2018, with a foreword by Professor Philip Kotler, ranked by the Financial Times as one of the top four “management gurus” of all time. He also co-authored the monographic work “Glossario Notarile”, Giuffrè Editore, 2013, edited by the Consiglio Notarile di Mantova.
He has spoken at numerous conferences in Italy and abroad on the topic of protecting businesses and their assets, in cooperation with Confartigianato, OSA Italia, Banca Popolare di Milano (Banco Popolare), I-AER, and the University of Saint Petersburg.
He was a student at several of the most prestigious Italian law schools: “Guasti-Avanzini Notarial School of Lombardy, Notarial School of Naples, Notarial School of Vera Lectio, Civil Law Association, Notarial School of Viggiani.
